Terms of Use

Last updated: 31 August 2026. Applies to this website (the pre-launch site of DocChase).

1. What this site is

This website describes DocChase, a document-collection product that is currently in development (early access / pre-launch). Features and screens described here reflect what we are building; details may change before launch.

2. Pricing

Prices shown ($19–29/mo) are launch pricing. They are honored for early-access members who join through the waitlist, and may change for later customers. No payment is collected on this site today; nothing here constitutes a binding offer until a purchase flow with its own terms is presented. When the paid version launches, payments will be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and refunds will be handled as described in our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee).

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side: we commit to emailing you an invite when your batch opens; you can ignore it or ask to be removed at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Third-party quotes, names and comparisons

Quotes from reviews and public discussions belong to their authors and are reproduced verbatim with links to the original source and the review’s date shown at each quote. Comparisons are based on the compared products’ public pricing and feature pages, checked on the dates indicated in the footnotes. Content Snare, TaxDome, SmartVault, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot and Reddit are trademarks of their respective owners. DocChase is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. If you believe something on this site is inaccurate or out of date, contact us and we will review and correct it promptly.

5. No warranties

This site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing on it constitutes professional, legal or financial advice.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Operator: PE “Anton Bogoslov Igor” (sole proprietor). Contact: anton.bogoslov.io+docchase@gmail.com.
