Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026. Applies to this website (the pre-launch site of DocChase).
The short version
This site collects exactly one piece of personal data — your email address, and only if you choose to join the waitlist. It sets no cookies, uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and never sells or shares your data.
What we collect and why
- Waitlist email (only if you submit the form). We store your email address, the name of the page you signed up on (e.g. “mortgage”), and a timestamp. Purpose: to send you an early-access invite and, at most, major launch updates about DocChase. No newsletter, no marketing lists, no sharing with anyone.
- Anonymous counters. We count page views, button clicks, completed signups and blocked spam submissions as aggregate daily numbers (for example, “mortgage page: 42 views on 2026-09-01”), each split into “came from an ad click” vs “everything else” based on standard ad-click URL parameters (gclid and similar). The parameters themselves are never stored or sent anywhere — only the aggregate count. These counters contain no IP address, no device information, no identifiers, and cannot be linked to you.
What we deliberately don’t do
- No cookies of any kind (that’s why there is no cookie banner).
- No third-party analytics, ad pixels, fingerprinting or session recording.
- No storing of IP addresses or user-agent strings by our code.
- No selling, renting or sharing of your data with third parties.
Where data lives
The site and waitlist storage run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV). As the hosting provider, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) transiently to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Our own code does not read or store that data, and we keep Cloudflare’s optional bot-challenge features (which would set their own security cookies) switched off for this site.
Retention and your rights
- Waitlist emails are kept until DocChase launches and invites are sent, and are deleted no later than 12 months after collection — the storage itself is configured to expire entries automatically after 365 days.
- You can ask us at any time to show or delete your email from the waitlist — write to anton.bogoslov.io+docchase@gmail.com and we’ll do it within 7 days.
- If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the usual GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection); the processing basis for the waitlist is your consent, which you can withdraw by requesting deletion.
Who we are
DocChase is operated by PE “Anton Bogoslov Igor” (sole proprietor, Republic of Armenia). Contact: anton.bogoslov.io+docchase@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date. Since we don’t hold anything beyond waitlist emails, changes will be rare and boring.
