Refund Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026. Applies to DocChase (getdocchase.com).

Current status: no payments yet

DocChase is in pre-launch. This website does not accept payments today — the only thing you can do here is join the waitlist, which is free and creates no payment obligation. Until the paid checkout launches, there is nothing to refund.

Who processes payments

When the paid version launches, payments will be processed by Paddle (paddle.com) acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, applicable taxes and payment security; your order confirmation and receipts will come from Paddle.

14-day money-back guarantee

From the launch of the paid version, every new subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if DocChase isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you’ll get your money back — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Renewals

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid period — there are no long-term lock-ins. The 14-day guarantee applies to the first payment of a new subscription; for renewal charges, contact us and we’ll sort it out fairly.
